The North American Notary Association (NANA) is an association of individuals and affiliated professional organizations for the improvement of notary laws, services and fees. Currently there are approximately 6,400,000 Notaries licensed in the United States, its Territories and Washington DC. The association goals are to create uniformity in Notary law, aid in defining Notary liability, give a voice to the under represented, train and educate men and women in Notary law and services.

To provide leadership, innovation, and aid in the drafting state and if necessary, federal legislation in the new emerging Notary field of the 21st Century and beyond. The 21st Century offers new and daunting challenges. NANA expects to represent its’ membership by offering provocative and insightful answers to the opportunities of the 21st Century. 

To train and equip the notary of the 21^st Century with the latest and most update materials and tools available. To provide classes of instruction both fun and informative.
